The Fastfender type FX-8 is suitable for use on railings
with a tube diameter of 25mm, and can also be used on 30mm railings.
Fender line with a thickness
from 9.5 to 12.7 mm can pass through this Fastfender effortlessly. Suitable
for motor and sailing yachts. A Fastfender is ideal in
situations where the fender needs to be "hung" very quickly.
A clove hitch or bowline is no longer necessary.
The fender line is threaded through the Fastfender once,
after which it is clamped into the grooves. This also allows the height
at which fenders hang to be adjusted very quickly and easily.
